We do not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.

When you purchase Products through our Website, we will also ask you to provide certain additional information, including but not limited to, the Products you would like to purchase, and the shipping information (collectively, the “Order Information”).

In order to make a reservation at Atlantic Grill, you will be required to provide certain information, including but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, phone number, date and time of your reservation and number of people for whom reservation is made (collectively, the “Reservation Information”). Such Reservation Information will be collected and processed by our third-party reservation processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of its privacy policies and terms of use. We will receive your Reservation Information from such third-party reservation processor.

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that personal information.
